Shipping Policy

At Kinnely, we aim to process and deliver orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur during peak periods.

2. Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to possible carrier or customs delays.

3. Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link within 2–3 business days after shipment. Allow up to 48 hours for updates.

4. Shipping from Suppliers

Some items may ship directly from overseas suppliers to offer the best pricing. Customs duties or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors and your local post office. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we cannot accept liability unless caused by our error.

All shipments and transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
