Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Kinnely. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.

1. Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags. We may refuse returns showing wear or damage.

2. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error. Typical international returns cost $20–$40. Use a trackable method.

3. Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing may have begun and cancellation might not be possible.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@kinnely.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund.

6. Jurisdiction

All purchases are deemed made in the United States and governed by the laws of the State of New York.
