1. Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

3. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is defective, contact our support team at info@kinnely.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Legal Notice

Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is.” This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights depending on your state of residence.
